Important Reminders
PLEASE NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WHEN:
- An employee has a newborn child – must enroll baby within 30 days from d.o.b.
- A dependent child is approaching AGE 26, 29, or 30 (in NJ).
- Married – must enroll spouse within 30 days from official date of marriage.
- An employee is approaching AGE 65 and is eligible for Medicare Parts A and B.
- Adding new employee Waiting period should be met.
- Terminating employee Transit & Cobra Administration - Insurance Coverage Continuation, etc.
